Pincho Nation Lahti is looking for an energetic, positive and service-minded Host to join our team!

At Pincho Nation, the guest experience starts the moment they walk through the door. As a Host, you are one of the first people our guests meet and play an important role in creating a welcoming, fun and memorable restaurant experience.

Together with your coworkers, you are a carrier of the Pincho brand. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays calm during busy services and is always ready to find solutions.

⭐ What we expect from you

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a waiter OR minimum 1 year of experience working as a Host

• Valid Hygiene Pass is compulsory

• Valid Alcohol Passport is compulsory

• Intermediate level of Finnish

• Friendly, positive and service-minded attitude

• Enjoy working with guests and providing excellent customer service

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to handle busy and changing situations calmly

• Good understanding of restaurant service and guest flow

• Willingness to learn the Pincho Nation concept, systems and app

• Ability to answer guest questions and direct them to the right team member when needed

• Willingness to follow restaurant safety, hygiene and service procedures

• Initiative and willingness to support coworkers when needed

• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude

🍹 Main work tasks

• Welcome and greet guests according to the Pincho Nation service steps

• Manage the flow of guests and reservations together with the service team

• Check reservations and guide guests to their tables

• Answer phone calls, SMS messages and guest requests when needed

• Assist guests with questions about the restaurant, menu and Pincho Nation app

• Communicate important guest information to the service and kitchen teams

• Help maintain a smooth flow between the entrance, dining area and service stations

• Assist with table management during busy services

• Support the team with other restaurant tasks when needed

• Keep the entrance and Host area clean, organised and welcoming

• Follow Pincho Nation service standards and restaurant routines

• Inform the Restaurant Manager or responsible shift leader about important situations and guest feedback

• Assist with opening and closing routines when required

• As you gain experience and are ready to take on more responsibility, have the opportunity to participate in training and onboarding the service team
