🍽️ We’re Looking for Dishwasher!

At Pincho Nation, the dishwasher is a key part of the restaurant team. You help keep the kitchen running at full speed by making sure plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment are clean and ready for the next round.

We don’t expect you to know everything from day one. What matters most to us is the right attitude, a willingness to work hard, and being a great team player. The rest can be learned on the job.

🧽 What will you do?

As a dishwasher, your main responsibilities will include:

• Washing and sorting dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, and kitchen equipment

• Keeping the dishwashing area clean, organised, and running efficiently

• Making sure clean dishes are available to the kitchen and restaurant throughout the shift

• Helping with basic cleaning and maintaining high hygiene standards

• Keeping up with the pace during busy service

• Supporting the kitchen and service team wherever needed

• Making sure the restaurant team always has what they need to keep the service moving

• Owns a Hygiene Pass

• Is hardworking and reliable

• Can work efficiently during busy periods

• Pays attention to cleanliness and hygiene

• Has good stamina and isn’t afraid of physical work

• Takes initiative and sees what needs to be done

• Can stay calm and focused when the kitchen gets busy

• Brings positive energy to the team

• Has previous experience as a dishwasher or in a kitchen/restaurant environment

Experience is a plus, but the right attitude matters most.
